I decided to list in December, not a good time to sell but Jonathan started the process and was there every step of the way. Arranging showings, coordinating with the tenant who occupied the home and the other agents. Negotiating a better sale price than I had expected and in general “holding my hand” throughout the process. This was not my first home sale and I only wish I had another property to sell so I could use Fortune and Jonathan Kaiser again! Call them, you will not be disappointed!
