We met Erik by chance. My husband and I were just starting to look at homes and I clicked on “I’m interested in this house” for a home listed on Zillow. Erik called me the next day and I told him we were really simple, looking for a 3-4 bedroom ranch with property. As time went on, I realized we weren’t so simple. Our checklist expanded and I limited him to finding our dream home within a 2 mile radius. After looking at a few homes my Husband and I felt we needed a break from looking. Erik kept searching and found the house we ended up buying. He begged us to look at this newly listed home as it met all of our specifications. He set up an appointment and we knew it was the house for us after the first walk through. A key quality that stood out was how devoted he was through the whole process. We had a few hang ups and he continuously communicated with us. He made sure things were moving and that we didn’t lose out.
