The Carmela Kaiser Team were very professional, reasonable and knowledgeable in the complete process of selling our home. Their guidance was very helpful and ultimately led to a quick sale of our home. Both Carmela and her son Jonathan worked together with us from their initial meeting with us right through to the closing. We had two separate open house dates and both generated a lot of interest. In fact, after our house was listed in the first week, Jonathan had called me to suggest that we increase the original listing price based on the inquiries that he was getting. We took the advice and raised the price which resulted in us receiving multiple offers for the increased listed price. We ended up acceptIng one of the offers and went into contract with that buyer and sold our home. The whole process took 3 months from the first day of our meeting with Carmela & Jonathan to the closing of the sale. In getting to know the both of them through this process, I would refer to them as not only our Real Estate Agents, but as our friends as well.
