I could not have expected any more from The Carmela Kaiser Team. Jonathan Kaiser an invaluable part of my experience! He went above and beyond in every aspect possible. I was trying to get into the one location. Unit were scares, so Jonathan created flyers and send them to the complex to find anyone who may be thinking of selling their unit/shares. Also there were difficulties with the seller and a few of the lawyers, but Jonathan kept on top of everything. Making sure everyone was doing there part and we were all on the same page. My deal never would have closed if it wasn’t for Jonathan Kaiser. I highly recommend him for any real-estate transactions.
