In 2014 I needed to sell my home in Elmhurst New York and get an apartment. Michelle handled all of the negotiations for the sale of the house, getting me top dollar for it. At the same time she found me a co-op in a beautiful building in Bayside N.Y. at a great price also handling all the
negotiations and getting me a lawyer. At this time I was recovering from Cancer and was still very sick. Michelle did everything she could to help me, picking me up and taking me back home after looking at apts. She was with me at the closings for the house and co-op, guiding me through it all the way to the end. I could have done this without her. Michelle knows the Real Estate business from top to bottom and knows how to deal with people. I think without a doubt she is the best and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
